Hi community,

When I used jira issue marco in confluence, the search function and jira chart insertion function were all working normally, but when I tried to create a jira issue through confluence, I got an error message indicating an unexpected response received from jira.

Could you suggest what the problem might be.Thanks in advance.

Hi,

thank you for your reply.

When I created a jira issue through confluence, I couldn't connect to jira and all jira projects couldn't be displayed.

Are others having this issue or is it just you?

->Other people have the same problem.

Have you tried clearing your cache or using a different browser?

->I have tired, got the same error message indicating an unexpected response received from jira.

@李团团 Welcome to the Atlassian community

I am assuming that you have the ability to create issues on the project in Jira that you are trying to create an issue from in Confluence.

Are you having this issue will all Jira projects, have you tried to create an issue in different projects?

Are others having this issue or is it just you?

Have you tried clearing your cache or using a different browser?

@李团团 I would suggest submitting an issue with support.  You can only do this if you are on a paid plan.  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/   If you are on a free plan let me know and I can escalate your issue to Atlassian.
