confluence server can´t start

Hi all my confluence  don´t start and i don't see any errors  there is one error below but i don't understand.   

I tried to recover the Virtual machine from other days before but the problem is the same inclusive when we are sure that the server was working fine.

some body can help me, thanks a lot
