confluence questions - new questions not appearing in macro even though sorting by newest instead of popular

hi!

we use an internal support site to gather questions about a specific topic regardless of where on the site the question is located. This worked until August. Since then, new questions no longer appear in the list even though they're tagged with the correct label and I have permissions to that page. did something change? or a setting need to be updated or something?

I double-checked and the macro is set to show most recent first.

Hello!

It could be the case that the indices are not being updated. Could you please check the following article and follow the steps therein? If this solves the issue and the new questions appear, you'd have to check why the automatic indexing is not working.
