confluence login question

Dear Support Team,
During login confluence process, after login in , it show the message as listed as below:
Not permitted
You are not permitted to perform this operation
What does it mean? Although the account does not have global and space permission, but he can login confluence. Thanks a lot.

Hi @Anderson Hsu ,

There are a few cases when a user gets this message.

1. The user doesn't have a license to use confluence (usually the default group is confluence-users)
2. That user has space set as default and he/she doesn't have access to

But usually when a user logs in but it says "Not Permitted" is because it doesn't have a Confluence license attributed (point 1).
