confluence login page was showing blank

Confluence v6.15.9 server,

HOWEVER, when I go to the default login screen, I get a white box with nothing in it (no user-name field) so I can't log in.

completely loss this option.

when stop & start this application facing this issue, before stop services it was fine.

Hi,

this is not easy to say from the outside - the next step would be to review logfiles. With a hope that there is something meaningful logged that could point to the root cause.

Implemented this solution also, Disabled Add-ons DB Side But NO use.

disabled all addon's & tried to up the application again we facing same issue.
