I attached a Word file to the page, but there was nothing on the page, I opened it and clicked edit, and then version 2 of the document appeared. I want to compare these versions and see the changes, what was removed and what was added, much like in ms word. But I don’t want to download 2 versions every time and compare them, I tried to find a plugin that would help me, but without success. Help me find a solution to the problem or this is not possible. I know that versions of pages can be compared, but Word itself cannot be compared. If you write any text on the page and then delete it, you can see the change. I will see that the text was and was deleted. But it doesn’t work that way with an attached file. How can I compare exactly the versions of one Word file?
@Ярослав I'm afraid it's not possible to compare attachment versions.
Would you consider importing these Word files as Confluence pages instead?
