cannot edit table in new editing mode

I am currently in the new editing mode and I can't edit the table. it is not letting me to delete rows and columns or to change the color of the cells. The table starts to get crazy expand & move very fast  - any suggestions? Once I try several times I get an error page from confluence. it'b been like this for a few days but no fixing from atlassian side.

I've not personally seen that behavior with the new editing mode and tables, and I can confirm that I am currently able to edit tables as expected.

• Would you be able to show us an example of how the tables are behaving, or share with us the error message you are receiving from Confluence?

I recommend that you try the following:

1. Take a look at your browser version, and make sure it's the most recently available. Please confirm with us which browser version you are using.
2. Ensure to disable all browser add-ons, and test again. If the problem continues, try accessing Confluence through Incognito or Private Browsing mode, and confirm if you still have the issue.
3. Try testing this from another device completely, and see if you continue to have the issue.
4. Confirm with your colleagues and Confluence site admins if anyone else has reported this issue within your site.
