We have a list of company and field acronyms on a confluence page which new hires often try to track down the meaning of, but it gets BURIED by other documents using those acronyms.
So, is there a way to flag or promote certain pages if a search matches contents, or specifically flagged contents on that page?
Hi @Per Franck
I would promote that page to every home page of every space, especially the space where onboarding pages are hosted.
Instead of searching for the acronym itself, search for glossary
You can even add a shortcut to that page in the Application Switcher.
