Bienvenido a la comunidad Atlassian.

¿Puedes confirmar que esto se refiere a un único espacio de Confluence y no a todo el contenido de tu sitio de Confluence?

¿Aún puedes acceder al espacio y descubres que no tiene contenido? ¿O el espacio ya no está presente?

Si se puede acceder al espacio pero no ves el contenido, ¿has verificado Configuración del espacio > Contenido del espacio? El contenido puede estar en la Papelera, puede estar oculto o puede estar restringido. Si el contenido no se puede encontrar en ninguna de esas ubicaciones, es posible que un usuario con autoridad para hacerlo lo haya eliminado permanentemente. En ese caso no se podrá recuperar.

Si no puede acceder al espacio, ¿ha confirmado que el espacio existe o no? Un administrador de Confluence podrá navegar a Seguridad > Permisos de espacio para ver todos los espacios que no están en la Papelera.

Si no se puede acceder al espacio, no está visible en la lista Seguridad > Permisos de espacio y no está en la Papelera de espacios, es posible que un usuario con autoridad para hacerlo lo haya eliminado permanentemente. En ese caso, no se podrá recuperar.

Can you confirm this concerns a single Confluence space, not all content for your Confluence site?

Are you still able to access the space, and find it has no content? Or is the space no longer present?

If the space is accessible but you don't see content, have you check Space Settings > Content for the space? Content may be in the Trash, or it may be Hidden, or it may be Restricted. If the content cannot be found in any of those locations then the content may have been permanently deleted by a user with the authority to do so. In that case it cannot be recovered.

If you are not able to access the space have you confirmed that the space does or does not exist? A Confluence Administrator will be able to navigate to Security > Space Permissions to see all spaces that are not in the Trash.

If the space is not accessible, is not visible in the Security > Space Permissions list, and is not in the Trash for Spaces, then it may have been permanently deleted by a user with the authority to do so. In that case, it cannot be recovered.

We do not find the content of our space. We don't have anything in the trash, help!

Aún puedo acceder al espacio pero  no tiene contenido. me dijeron que quedo suspendido el 18 de diciembre 2024 y lo reactive ayer cuando ingrese nuevamente. espero la copia de seguridad algo que se pueda recuperar. gracias

¿Por qué se suspendió su producto en diciembre? ¿Hubo una falla en el procesamiento del pago? ¿Estabas usando una suscripción gratuita y había estado inactiva durante demasiado tiempo?

¿Qué pasos seguiste para reactivar la suscripción del producto?

 

Como nota al margen, aclaremos la terminología.

Cuando dice que se suspendió, eso se aplicaría a todo su producto Confluence, no a un solo espacio dentro de un producto Confluence.

Se accede al producto Confluence iniciando sesión en una URL como https://yourCompany.atlassian.net/wiki

El producto Confluence puede tener espacios creados en él. A cada espacio se le puede agregar contenido.

Why was your product suspended in December? Was there a failure in the payment processing? Were you using a Free subscription and it had been inactive for too long?

What steps did you go through to reactivate the product subscription?

 

On a side note, let us clear up the terminology.

When you say it was suspended, that would apply to your entire Confluence product, not to a single Space within a Confluence product.

The Confluence product is access by logging into a URL like https://yourCompany.atlassian.net/wiki

The Confluence product can have Spaces created in it. Each Space can have Content added to it.

 

I can still access the space but it has no content. They told me that it was suspended on December 18, 2024 and I reactivated it yesterday when I entered again. I hope the backup something that can be recovered. thank you

Atlassian desactiva un producto gratuito que permanece inactivo durante 120 días.

Según una respuesta de un miembro del equipo de Atlassian en esta publicación:

...40 días después de la desactivación, el contenido del sitio se elimina permanentemente.

Eso significa que el contenido de su sitio se eliminó permanentemente alrededor del 27 de enero de 2025. Ya no se puede recuperar.

A free product that remains inactive for 120 days is deactivated by Atlassian.

As per a response from an Atlassian Team Member on this post:

...40 days after deactivation the content of the site is permanently deleted.

That means your site content was permanently deleted on or around 27 January 2025. It can no longer be recovered.

There is no content in my confluence account, there are the team members, just that
