Hello everyone,
My team occasionally collaborates with another team. They maintain their own knowledge base in Confluence. I would like to access this information without constantly having to ask them to add new guest users (from my team).
Is there a way to either:
Assuming you work in the same company, why not just have a open by default spaces in confluence so everyone can see everything?
Alternatively, if you have defined your team's members in a group, the other team could just add this group for access.
HI @Luis Wolf and welcome to the Community.
You can look at Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft.
It allows you to synchronize two or more Confluence spaces, across multiple Confluence sites, every which way.
So in your setup, you'd establish connection between the two spaces using the app.
The other team would push the content from their space to yours, you would do the same.
The app tells you, on every page, if the page is synced with the latest content or not.
There are permission controls so it doesn't get out of hand.
This way, you and the other team can be sure that you're both on the same page :)
