Just looking for a bit of help - when using tasks to @ mention someone, on using the @ key it just disappears. Same with the date // shortcut.
What this has demonstrated to me is that the wrong "@andy" can get tagged in replies...
@Lawrence I think you meant to tag @Andy Gladstone
@Lawrence can you please explain a bit more? Are you using the action item and then using the @ sign to mention someone? The mention needs to immediately follow the @ sign - no space in between. Same goes for using the /// (three backslashes) to insert a date - no space after you type them.

Thanks for your reply. Since I wrote the comment, the issue is now slightly different. Here are the steps:
1. Edit an existing confluence page and add the action (have tried using [] and the button from the ribbon)
2. Press @
3. List appears on the page of recently used options
4. Try write a name in (it won't allow this)
5. Try /// (it limits to one /)
In the console, here is what I can see:
