Impossibile aggiungere l`utente 'xxxx.yyyy' come membro del gruppo 'criticalservice layer2'. Controlla i tuoi registri di accesso al server per ulteriori informazioni.
Are you adding the user to an AD group or a Confluence group? My guess it is to an AD group which you will not be able to do unless you have it setup to allow you to do so on the directory settings in Confluence which is not common.
