Hi @Sagar Nade Welcome to the community!
Suppose your Zendesk Opsgenie integration has stopped working. In that case, the most likely causes are issues with your Zendesk webhook configuration, potential firewall restrictions blocking communication with Opsgenie, or incorrect API key settings within the integration itself. Check your Zendesk trigger settings to ensure they are firing correctly, test the webhook connection in Zendesk, and verify your Opsgenie API key and access levels in the integration settings.
I would suggest you check the following things:
1- Go to your Opsgenie account and double-check that the API key used in the Zendesk integration is correct and has the necessary permissions.
2- Access the Opsgenie integration settings within Zendesk.
Use the "Test Webhook" option to see if Zendesk can successfully send a test notification to Opsgenie.
3- Go to your Zendesk "Business Rules" section and check the triggers set up for the Opsgenie integration.
Ensure the trigger conditions are still valid and are correctly configured to send data to Opsgenie when a specific event happens in Zendesk.
