Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Hello team,

I'm encountering the following error:

Page unavailable

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
I've tried clearing cache and cookies, incognito mode, other browsers and the issue persists. Also, the issue is global - none of us have access to it. And we access daily to Confluence, so it's not a dormant issue either.
Any idea how to fix it?
Thank you

If you are org admin, check the Admin portal for more information about it.
Check Product and Billing category.

If you added new user, check licence assignment to product.

Thank you, both!

I've tried contacting Atlassian support but the page directs me to this forum - any idea how to contact them directly?

Thank you!

ok well then you are not on premium but rather free I think. when was the last time you accessed your site successfully? it may have been decommissioned if it has been idle.

@franck_vella , possibly the instance has not been accessed for some time?

If you're not a site admin, have you checked with your site/org admin to see if they're aware of any issue?

Failing that, as Jack said, reach out to Atlassian support and they should be able to help you.

Hi jazmonge@amazon.com , first, it appears that you are on premium and so I assume that this is not an issue of an old stale, free site. Given that, If others in your team also cannot access your site and you've tried various browsers. Then I highly recommend reaching out to Atlassian support.
