We all had confluence accounts in my team at the company I work for, and our team also had a group. None of us can access our accounts. We are getting this error, what should we do? :

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems. If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.
Looking at Atlassian Status there does not seem to be an issue at this time. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ Have you contacted the Atlassian Admin for your company? Have you tried incognito mode in your browser to see if that resolves the issue?
