I am in the process of creating a table, where I need an option to add a dropdown list to option. and also I want to export all the document status into an excel file using Status Macro in the confluence page removing the manual effort of copy and paste. Can you help me identify how to proceed on this.

Hello @Ramyavani Jula ,

You can use our Handy Status from the Handy Macros for Confluence. It works perfectly for creating dropdowns in Confluence tables. You can create status sets and reuse them whenever needed. As a result, statuses will be consistent across all pages.

And if it happens so that you have the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets (that is also our app) installed for your instance, you'll be able to export your tables in CSV format.
