Wiki pages not opening inside virtual desktop

We are able to access the wiki pages outside virtual desktop in a browser . But when we try to access the same page in a browser inside a virtual desktop we are getting a access denied error as shown below

I suspect your virtual machine is going through a proxy which is configured to block this access.  (It's not a Confluence problem - as you say Confluence works when accessed from other places)

Please be informed, Confluence will open on any browser (webservice) as long as that system has internet and browser installed. In your scenario, kindly check with your organization IT team as it seems to be intranet issue.
