Why is my confluence language half german half english? I call it denglish

Hello all,

maybe someone has the same problem and knows the answer for my language problem. My Confluence page is sometimes completely in german and sometimes in english and german at the same time. You can see that in the attached pictures. I have no problem with either english or german, but it is sometimes confusing to read in "denglisch".
This is what I did so far:

So in the "language" setting from the administration space is the "global standard language" English (UK)

In addition, I went to the administration general configuration page to check the language setting for the format. The "used language" should be English.

In also changed atlassian account to the english setting. No idea if this helps at all.

Hi,

I had a similar problem here and the cause was an incorrect browser language setting. My browser was configured with Portuguese and Confluence with English.

I have set up English on both and it is working fine.

unfortunatley my browser settings are also english.  But still thank you for trying to help.
