Why don't links show the name of their pages in a public Confluence?

I have a confluence board where linked pages show up with their names within the text (like they should), however as soon as I made the access public to anyone with the link, anonymous users see the links as the URL not the page names.

For anyone who is experiencing the same issue. I'm guessing you have linked the page directly from the link button.

The way I got around it was to create the text for the link, select it and then go to the link button

Did anyone get an answer to this? Having the same issue

I am also experiencing this issue. Were you ever able to find a resolution?
