Why does shortcut ctrl+alt+<number> only work on Brave but not on Firefox?

AxelRotter June 14, 2022

In Brave all combinations work.

Firefox Version: 101.0 (20220526203855)

Shortcuts that work on Firefox:

ctrl+alt+1

ctrl+alt+4

ctrl+alt+5

ctrl+alt+6

Shortcuts that don't work:

ctrl+alt+2

ctrl+alt+3

ctrl+alt+7

ctrl+alt+8

ctrl+alt+9

ctrl+alt+0

Where can I report a bug?

Hi @AxelRotter welcome to the Atlassian community.

I believe few browsers will have a unique set of shortcuts and I see some difference between Firefox and Chrome.

But for your query, may I know if you have already contacted both Brave and Firefox support teams or documentations?

Here is the Atlassian support team link

No I did not.

AxelRotter June 14, 2022

Firefox does not have any shortcuts assigned to ctrl + alt + <number>, so that can't be the problem.

Do you have any other ideas?
