Why do trouble shooting articles show up under another side menu header if using template?

I am adding truoble shooting articles by adding child pages to the already existing page.


It does show up as a child page but a side menu page called Trouble Shooting articles 2 is created that shows a list of all the articles created with the template. Why is this? I just want to create a child page that shows up under the parent page. Not shown as a list item on a new page. How do I do that?

Hi @Jennie Sparr it looks like the Trouble Shooting Template creates an "Index" page. Every time you use the Trouble Shooting template this will happen. I am a PM on Confluence Templates and will look into this issue for you! Thanks for reporting this. - Sam
