Is there any way to run confluence with some nosql database that can be run in active active HA mode acorss the data centers , instead of mysql or postgres , because we dont need any strick consistency for a system like confluence , eventual consistency is pretty much fine for us.

thanks

Yes, but don't do it.

Atlassian systems will happily use almost any database you choose to use, as long as there is a standardised compatible JDBC driver you can install in them to provide the access they need.

At a glance, NoSQL databases would really be a good move for Atlassian, because they don't use databases as databases, only as data stores (which NoSQL is better at than real databases!).  If you ignore or configure away the "not sure what has happened" problem with NoSQL dbs, then they're technically ideal.

But.  You are not supported unless you're on one of the four supported databases.
