Why can't I see User Macros?

I'm site admin but I can access the ability to User Macros per this article (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/writing-user-macros-4485.html).

Is there something that I'm missing? I'm trying to create a date macro.

Hey Kurt,

Actually you can't create because you're running Confluence cloud, there's some functionalities that are restricted only Atlassian can use.
