Why can't I add not more than 10 drawings from draw.io

Our issue is that, for some reason, we can't add more than ten different drawings on the free license. I asked draw.io, but their only restriction is less than ten users (we have four). The system created an Error message telling me to license the product. If I try to get the free trial license, the system tells me that's not possible.

Does any know how to approach this issue?

This means draw.io is unlicensed. You need some kind of license, even on the free version.

I thought so myself and tried to get the trial license going. but for whatever reason, I get this response over and over again. 

any thoughts?

That's an Atlassian issue. If you contact Atlassian licensing and billing support, they are the only people able to help with this.
