I am able to long into Confluence, and even edit open access pages that I have been give links to. However, my team can't find me to me able to add me to restricted pages. I have verified that my e-mail address and information on my profile is correct. Any help is appreciated.
Hey @Nichols, Christopher welcome to the community!
That really sounds odd. Can an administrator verify that you are a "real" user of Confluence? What user name is displayed in the UI if you interact with a page (editing, commenting)?
I skimmed a few older Atlassian bug tickets, and it might be worth trying to remove your user's product access once ("suspend access") and grant it again.
Best, Max
Hi Max, thank you for the information.
The user name displayed in my comments is Nichols, Christopher.
I will reach out to my admin about suspending access and re-granting.
