I could access the space created by my manager (fan.yang1@gehealthcare.com), and posted two articles already. After a PC reset in July, I could not access this spece anymore. My manager added mine access, but I cannot access still. He then tried to delete the access and I applied again, but he could not even find me on confluence anymore... Need some help

Since you can access other spaces, I think the problem is at the Space level not Confluence.
Your manager needs to check the space permissions.
