Why I am not getting notifications on Slack when I do a change on Confluence page

Hi, 
I have integrated Slack channel with a Confluence page to receive notifications in Slack when I make a comment. However, I am not receiving notifications on Slack when I comment on the Confluence page. How can I ensure that I receive messages when I comment on a Confluence page?
