Why I am not able to see the entire list of pages in page properties report?

This is what I did:

• Updated all the pages with Page Property macro and tagged them with relevanat keywords
• Created a new page and add Page Property Report macro and mentioned those tags so to pull the details for all the pages.

Issue I am facing is:

• It is not displaying more than 4 pages in the list (Page Property Macro)

I reviewed the tags, the maximum number of items to be displayed in the list is 30 so ideally it should display all the pages. Please help.

Could this be some kind of indexing problem, Anil?

I found that sometimes it takes a while (only seconds for our small instance, but nevertheless there is a gap) for pages to appear in the page properties list.

Ok, thanks for the reply Kirstin - I am on Confluence cloud, and also this is since days now... anything related to page permissions?
