We're testing using whiteboards to document our decision trees that sit on our knowledge base. We've created one and have shared with some of our stakeholders but in view only mode, the lines from box to box are not connecting correctly. If they have editor access, they can see the lines perfectly.

Any ideas on why in view only nothing matches up?

Hi @Ems Brennan , that seems very odd that a permission level would have this effect. It may be a bug. Here are my suggestions:

  1. verify that this is not a browser specific issue
  2. try zooming in/out on browser
  3. for a given user with read-only access where issue exists, give them write access and see if indeed the issue suddenly disappears. All other varieties remaining the same, this will confirm/refute the permissions theory.
  4. If the issue persists, contact Atlassian support.

Thank you for this - I'll contact Atlassian as we gave them editor access and it worked fine :(
