hello,
i am a Jira Admin. when i try to create an issue from a whiteboard, the Assignee field populates for me and i can select an Assignee.
i have a user who created a whiteboard. he's trying to create Jira issues from the whiteboard. he's able to populate all the available fields except the Assignee field (no names show up). he is a space admin and a project admin in the project he's trying to create an issue to (the permission scheme has the correct permissions for his role to be able to create issues and add Assignees in Jira).
anyone know why the user cannot add the Assignee from the Confluence whiteboard?
thanks Community!
I know you mentioned it above, but just double-confirming the user has the permissions "Create Issue" and "Assign Issues" in the permission scheme?
If yes, have you asked another user with the appropriate permissions to try this? What happens?
