Is it really true, that i may not edit a whiteboard anymore I inveted a lot of time creating it? This due to license limitations? I would expect that i cant create new whiteboards if limits are reached.

To disable editing is a very bad way to convince a customer of a new feature.

You just made me switch back to miro. And my guess is that I will never come back to Confluence Whiteboards.

Hi @Markus Witschi welcome to the community.  From the screenshot, you have more than 3 active whiteboards.  Currently, Free and Standard Licenses gets 3 active whiteboards per user.

Based on this article from Atlassian, your last three created whiteboards will remain active.

Here's a couple of Suggestions submitted on Atlassian's Jira Site that I would recommend voting for and watching to help out with this issue: CONFCLOUD-79299 CONFCLOUD-77808

You can change the ownership of a whiteboard to someone else if that would help. That link provides some information from Atlassian on that topic.

I hope that helps resolve your issue.
