Hi 

Iwant to know the version of confluence that i have but directly from the database.

Can anyone suggestme how to find this information directly from the database tables. i.e. which database table holds thisinformation.

It's not held in the database.

Because i have a set of test databases and some of them were used earlier to test upgrades which failed mid-way. Now i do not know which database schema is clean and which is not.

Ouch. Well, the *confluence* version isn't in there, but the confluence-data version is, and that is a very close match Try the highest numbered line in table Confversion
