Hi Ollie,

For this case, I'd suggest you open a ticket with us, so our team can see what happened with your account. Would you mind opening in this URL? https://support.atlassian.com

Hi William, Thanks for your professional answer. This isn't my site, but I am new to this version of Confluence and wanted to access some of the information on the wiki. I asked this question because I hoped Atlassian moved the site to another URL. I am a technical communicator and I've used older versions of Confluence. I am very interested in finding information about using this version of Confluence for creating technical documentation. Again, thank you for taking my question seriously. Ollie

I took it seriously too, but it was very unclear as to what you meant by "where", and why you've picked on an apparently dead site when you could have gone to Atlassian's site to see what you're looking for is a bit of a mystery as well. If you're looking at the current version of Confluence, fire up a trial of Cloud for yourself. If you like it, you can continue with it. Start at https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/pricing/ Have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/confluence-cloud-documentation-724764511.html too.

On the internet, well, um, it's on the url you gave.

Physically, the servers are in the US.

If you're finding the site is not responding, then it's usually because the site has been taken down, as the owners have not renewed.  If you're the owner and think this might be the case, contact https://support.atlassian.com

Isn't that the site that Sarah Maddox used for her book "Wiki, Tech Comm and Chocolate"? Take a look at https://ffeathers.wordpress.com/?s=chocolate

Hi Matt, Yes it is Sarah Maddox's site. I got the link from her site. All is well, I found a site that contains the information. Thanks for your reply. :-) Ollie
