Hello,
There has been a site on this domain since June 2020.
There is no limit to how much data can be contained in a backup zip file (uncompressed XML files) and how many attachments can be contained.
As I backed up my Confluence site, it had 906MB, and the attachments folder had 800MB, but the import failed. The restore page contains a link to an "alternative method of restoring data".
Do you have any suggestions for how to proceed? Although I've looked around, I haven't found any useful information. Thank you.
Hi @Acees Messe ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
In addition to @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ , please take a look to the following ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71165
Hope this helps,
Fabio
