Hi @Feng Zhang , welcome to the Community!

We typically see this CSRF error when third party cookies are not allowed in the browser. These are enabled by default in Chrome, but it's possible they've been turned off. This article has steps to check for various browsers.

Some exceptions you might encounter:

  • Brave browser attempts to block third party cookies by default with its Shield app. You may need to take an extra step of allowing third party cookies through Shields if you're using Brave.
  • Safari has a known issue which is supposed to be resolved soon - but if you're having issues in Safari with third party cookies enabled, please try another browser such as Chrome or Firefox

Once third-party cookies are allowed, try clicking the Connect accounts button again.

Cheers,
Daniel
