What role grants access to Delete Version functionality?

I have a case where one of the revisions of the document contains sensitive data. This revision should be purged.

It seems that anyone who has the permission to delete a page can also delete a version of the page.

Providing we're talking about the native Confluence page history version.

Or is it a version created by an app?
