What is the best way to sync Bugzilla with Jira?

Could we get some clarification on what exactly you're looking to do?

It appears that you want to sync Bugzilla and Jira but also some Microsoft projects with Confluence? Are the two (Bugzilla and Microsoft Projects) connected?

Or is the title a mistake, and you only want to sync your Microsoft Projects with Confluence pages?

Since there's no built-in way to do this within Confluence, you will definitely need a 3rd party product, and an external integration. Below is one example.
