What is the best way to set up a search of content for restricted user groups?

Do you have to set restrictions on full pages or can you set divs or embedded spans or labels of some kind so that only certain searched data content from spaces or pages can be rendered but not an entire page's content?

Trying to see if this can be done by combing cql and user group restrictions or current macros without writing something new.

I think that if there would be a page with restriction it is not searchable, so combining this with a include page macro we can build a page content that would respect permissions when searching.
