What is it used for?

I have received this application, Atlantis, on my computer and I don't know why, or how it got onto my computer in the first place? Please advise me how.

Please explain to me what is this application used for, it seems to have a lot of varying functions.  So why would I want to use it on my computer, what would it do for me?

Also, if I decide to download and use it, what is the Monthly or weekly cost?

"Atlantis" is not an Atlassian application, so I think you are in the wrong place.

Also, if it was some misreading or an auto-correct from Atlassian to Atlantis, this also is not an application - installable Atlassian applications are called things like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd and so-on.  The closest thing you might mean is "Atlas", which is a cloud-based service that they run for you - there is no installation, you use it mainly in your browser.

You will need to check what you think has actually been installed, and ask whomever put it there why they did it.
