What do you do if you cannot understand a word being said?

I'm working on the training projects and my editor says I am hearing a word incorrectly, but I cannot figure out what the correct word is.  Is there a note or something we can make in the document to flag that we are not sure what the client is saying?  Where do I search in Confluence to find this information?

If you highlight the word or phrase with the cursor and then hover over it, Confluence allows you to add an inline comment at that point in the text.  You can then mention people in it to notify them that you need more input.
