As we have used Confluence Server, and then been told that Cloud will be the only option available, it has become apparent that Cloud is missing many essential features that Server / Data Center has.
We need an official acknowledgment of that is missing, and if there are other ways of accomplishing the same things.

Atlassian, have the courage of your convictions to justify why you are removing essential features. And if they will come back, or what alternatives there are.
Based on my current information, a clever startup could develop a vastly superior type of Cloud based information management system in a very short period of time (certainly FAR less than the 15 odd years Confluence has been around) and completely destroy Atlassian as a company.
Your move, Atlassian.
