What are the best practices to manage weekly employee status reports in Confluence?

I have created a weekly status report for my team. Each member in the team will create a weekly status report using this template where they manually enter their achievements for that week.

As a manager, what is the best way to manage these? Should I create a space called status reports and create a page for every employee where they can post their status updates? Please advise.

On our team, each employee has a page on their personal space and we add a child page for each status report. Another way would be to keep them all on a team space and use page restrictions to keep people out of each other's reports.
