Web Server can't start after reboot

Confluence standalone version is 6.15.9

in the log file i saw this:

The root case is probably before this in the log.  I would move the existing log files to a new location, then start the application.  This way you can easily isolate the startup logs for that particular start attempt. If you can post more of the log, we should be able to help you out.
