We’ve hit a snag

Hi All,

I get the following error message only for one page in our confluence space.

We’ve hit a snag

The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:

  • The URL of this page
  • The code associated with this error: fd4n9r

Anyone have any ideas?

Today I was able to press the edit button before the error message appeared. After updating the page, the error message no longer seems to appear.

Hi Maria, is there anything in particular about that page?  Does it work for a different browser, or a different user?  It seems from doing a google search on that error that others got that when there was a system wide issue, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Did it just start happening?  Does it show up sometimes?   Does refreshing the browser help? Or rebooting the PC?

Hi Dan, Thank you for your answer and your questions. The site is not special, except that I reference it often. I get this error message with Google chrome. In Safari I get a similar error message only with a different code (s2if0j). I recently wanted to edit the page, the error message came for the first time and is now permanently there, also when refreshing the browser, even after clearing the cache and after a rebooting the PC.
