Each OnDemand subscription includes 25 GB of disk storage. Using more than the 25 GB allotment per instance is not currently supported. I would recommend navigating to my.atlassian.com and raising a support ticket for your other question, which is directly related to your instance. I'm sure Atlassian will be able to provide you better assistance there .
