I have a Confiform form in confluence that creates a Jira issue when submitted. Not all confluence users have a Jira account.
Is there a way to verify that a confluence user has a Jira account on form load? If yes, how would I go about this?
The form I currently have returns a "Unexpected error occurred ..." message when the submitter does not have a Jira account. Alternately is there a way to capture that Jira error message and render a more user friendly message?
Hi @Adrian M
Are you referring to confluence or to jira? Your initial post you have selected Confluence as your product, but in your question you mention Jira. What kind of forms are you using?
Sorry @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ I wasn't too clear. I've edited the original post.
