Using redirection in confluence to account for incorrect URL's in document links

I have an scenario in confluence where the users get prompted for authentication when accessing different linked documents, I'm wondering if URL redirection would help with this. We found that some documents links have different URL’s such as http://WIKI and some have the full base URL or http://wiki.domain.com. If redirection will help were would I configure this.

Use this with caution but best would be to update the fault URLs with SQL.
