Using a form to add events into a team calendar


I am trying to figure out if there is a way to create an event on the team calendar by filling out a form?

I have it set up so that when someone wants to add in a travel day, they can submit a form and then a list of people travelling pops up in a table. However it would be great if that also populates the team calendar.

Is there any way to use the information on the form to automatically fill out an event creation form.

I've looked into this for you, thinking this would either require an API or ability to email to create an event, but both are current feature requests:
