Hello.
I was wondering if it would be possible to use a confluence cloud page as an email template. The user would fill in the required information and then when a submit button is pressed the information from the fields would be emailed to a specific email address.
If anyone else has any other options I could use that is integrated with Atlassian products then please share them.
Thanks
Allan
Hi @Allan Sansom welcome to the community. This is not an out of the box functionality. You could look into the Market Place for an add-on that may help with this. I'd suggest looking for a forms app.
Hey there,
You can use Iota Copy plugin for your case: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1234910
You will need to:
1. Create a page template, which will contain the form, which you want users to fill.
2. Add Iota Copy to the page template and configure the plugin to open email client and prefill the email addresses, where the form should be sent.
For the user the flow will be the following:
1. Create page using the template described above.
2. Fill the form.
3. Click Iota Copy button and send the email :)

ConfiForms certainly could help with that... probably other forms apps as well, as @Craig Nodwell has mentioned...
