Using Insert JIra issue/filter, can display options like columns to display be saved to a template?

Hello,

I'm looking into how to use Confluence for CAB meeting agenda containing JIRA changes.

When using "Insert JIRA Issue/Filter" in Confluence, I have to manually edit each change, choose Display Options  to set to "Table" and edit "Columns to display" to select the proper data columns.

Is there a way that the choices/settings can be saved to a template and applied to additional JIRA changes or filters?

Suppose if I edit an imported JIRA filter on a confluence page with custom columns to display.  Can those settings be saved by copying or duplicating the confluence page to a new one?

Please note that I'm using server version and not cloud version.

@Jerry Yen you can just copy the page and then make small changes to the filter but have a starting point for the filter.  You could also make a template that has a filter on it but you would have to make adjustments when you create the page.
